When you book your tour, we'll kindly request a 20% deposit to secure your spot. The remaining balance can be paid up until 30 days before your tour begins. For shorter activities under 24 hours, full payment is required at booking.

Please note, some tours need to reach a minimum number of participants before we can confirm it as guaranteed to run. You will receive an automated confirmation email upon booking, and a second email which will state the status of your booking. Please wait to book your flights and other travel arrangements until you have received further instructions.

CANCELLATIONs & changes

We know that life can be unpredictable, and we're here to support you to the best of our ability.

  • Cancel your trip up to 30 days before arrival and get an 80% refund.

  • Change your trip date up to 30 days before arrival, and keep your deposit with us for up to one year.

  • During booking, you will be offered the option to add our Extended Cancellation Protection for added flexibility:

    • Cancel your trip up to 20 days before arrival and get an 80% refund. For cancellations within 19 days of arrival receive a 20% refund.

    • Change your trip date up to 30 days before arrival, and keep your deposit with us for up to two years.

    Please note that the Cancellation Protection applies per person booked. If you want to add the Cancellation Protection choose the same amount of participants to cover all participants in the booking.

  • These terms apply to agents and travel companies with whom we cooperate:

    • Up to 45 days before arrival: Free cancellation or date change.

    • 44-30 days before arrival: 20% charge of the total rate.

    • 29 days or less before arrival: Full rate charge.

    • Up to 7 days before arrival: Participant name changes permitted.

General terms

All tours, activities, camping nights, transfers and extensions will hereafter be referred to as tours.

All bookings are made with Skogens Konung AB, the company that owns WildSweden. We are a tour operator based in Sweden and our company number is 556838-1064. Skogens Konung AB and WildSweden will hereafter be referred to as we.

All the information provided on the website is, to the best of our knowledge or belief, correct at the time of publication. We will advise you of any changes that are fundamental to the contract or which we believe will affect the enjoyment of the tour.

Additional information

Nature experiences are never guaranteed. Although we try to recommend certain periods as “Best time to go” we cannot guarantee that you will experience what you have come for, for example moose or northern lights.

Because we work with wild animals in their natural habitat our success rate depends on Nature. We therefore ask you to make allowances for any changes from the tour itinerary. If we are unable to offer a certain service due to an unforeseen wildlife situation, you will be offered a similar service.

Outdoor activities are also weather dependent. If we are forced to cancel an activity due to extreme weather conditions, an alternative activity suitable for the current conditions will be provided. Please note that changes may occur at a short notice, even on the same day.

Your obligations as a guest

  • Make sure your contact details are correct as this is our only way of contacting you.

  • Please read your confirmation carefully and check that all dates/times and products/services are booked according to your requirements. If not, please contact WildSweden to correct any misunderstandings immediately.

  • Follow any rules and instructions that applies to the use of accommodation, transfer, activity, etc. You are liable for all damage that is result of your or your company’s careless behavior to WildSweden property.

  • Let us know if you are disabled or have any allergies. Please be specific of what kind of special needs you might require, at the time of booking.

  • If you have severe asthma or allergy you must carry your own emergency medicines at all times.

  • We expect our guests to be sober during our activities. Our guide will reject participants who are clearly under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Complaints/disputes

Any errors that occurs during your stay must be reported immediately to the staff at WildSweden. If you have not reported any complaints or errors during your stay and therefore neglected to give WildSweden the opportunity to correct any mistakes, you can not demand any compensation afterwords. If you are not satisfied with your compensation, you have to notify WildSweden in writing within 14 days from arriving home.

YOUR MONEY IS PROTECTED BY LAW

The combination of travel services offered to you is a package within the 
meaning of Directive (EU) 2015/2302. Therefore, you will benefit from all EU rights applying to packages. Company Skogens Konung AB will be fully responsible for the proper performance 
of the package as a whole.

Additionally, as required by law, company Skogens Konung AB has protection 
in place to refund your payments and, where transport is included in the package, to ensure your repatriation in the event that it becomes insolvent. More information on key rights under Directive (EU) 2015/2302.

Force majeure

Force majeure means unusual, unpredictable and unavoidable events that are outside of the organizers control, and that prevents the contract to be fulfilled. Circumstances that the organizer could not, within reasonable means, have foreseen and therefore could not have avoided or overcome. Including, but not restricted to, war, threat of war, riot, civilian insubordination or strike, authority measure, act of terrorism, nature- or industrial catastrophe, fire, severe weather conditions, flood, closed air ports, technical issues, maintenance issues or unforeseen changes made by airlines, such as time table changes, interruption in IT-infrastructure (including but not restricted to our web site). During these conditions the organizer is free from liability or other consequences.

Subject to change

WildSweden reserves the right to change times, prices, payment, booking or discount conditions at will. Prices for coming seasons are always preliminary and are subject to change.
